Shannon Schwier, CRDE, possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Opening Resort Manager at Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, with previous roles including Opening Hotel Manager and Interim General Manager at prestigious Four Seasons properties. With a strong foundation in hotel operations and management, Shannon has successfully overseen multiple property openings, including a Forbes 5 Star Spa in Fort Lauderdale and a Forbes 5 Star Hotel & Spa in New York. Prior experience includes key positions at Omni Hotels & Resorts, where roles ranged from Director of Rooms to Task Force Rooms Division Manager across various esteemed properties. Shannon holds multiple certificates from Cornell University in hospitality management and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Music from the University of Indianapolis, complemented by the Certified Rooms Division Executive designation from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
