Shaun Anthony

Shaun Anthony is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently overseeing operations at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since October 2024, managing a large team and achieving the highest F&B revenue generation in the APAC region. Previously, Shaun held Executive Chef positions at notable establishments including The Maybourne Beverly Hills and The Peninsula Hotels, where a Michelin Star was awarded at Jing and successfully maintained. Shaun also served as Executive Chef at The Hong Kong Jockey Club, leading a team that collaborated with renowned Michelin Star chefs and achieved multiple culinary competition medals.
