Staci Kaplan

Staci Kaplan is an experienced sales professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Account Director for Group Sales at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since October 2010, focusing on the Americas East Worldwide Sales Office. Prior to this role, Staci held the position of Senior Sales Manager, overseeing group sales for the Southeast and Southwest US, as well as managing accounts for HelmsBriscoe, ConferenceDirect, and HPN. Staci's extensive experience at Four Seasons Hotels spans from 1984 to June 2010, including the role of Senior Worldwide Sales Manager, where responsibilities included managing group sales across Florida, the Caribbean, Bermuda, Mexico, and Central and South America. Staci Kaplan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University between 1980 and 1984.
