Karen Vicsik has extensive experience in accounting with a focus on property and real estate. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting at Four Star Realty since August 2014, Karen also holds the title of Senior Property Accountant. Prior to this role, Karen worked as a Staff Accountant at Valley Regional Hospital from April 2007 to August 2014 and at Stantec from September 2003 to April 2007.

We also operate three large regional offices that provide property management of scattered-site assets that aren’t large enough to justify on-site staff. Our regional property management office in Denver is located on Old South Pearl Street. This office has a staff of 25 property management professionals that oversees a portfolio across the Denver metro area. We have multiple teams that focus on specific submarkets such as; Denver University, Capitol Hill, Highlands, Downtown, Lakewood, Glendale, Littleton, Arvada, Wheatridge and more. Four Star Realty’s regional office in Boulder is located at 1310 College Ave right in the Heart of University Hill. This office houses around 50 property management professionals. We service an eclectic student housing portfolio at the University of Colorado, as well a residential portfolio that includes; Downtown Boulder, Pearl Street, Goss Grove, Martin Acres, East Boulder, Lafayette, Louisville, and Longmont.
