Dave Vasser

Dave Vasser is an experienced professional in career readiness and program management, currently serving as a Career Readiness Instructor at FourBlock since January 2023. Prior to this role, Vasser held positions at Raytheon Missiles & Defense, including Program Manager and Executive Administrative Assistant from March 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included supporting high-value sales and bookings, and assisting in day-to-day program execution. Vasser's military background includes over 27 years in the United States Air Force, culminating in the role of Senior Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Program Talent Manager, where leadership was provided for talent management across a large workforce and significant budget responsibilities. Vasser holds a Master of Arts in Business Administration and Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Intelligence Studies, and two Associate degrees in Electronics Systems Technology and Communications Technology from American Military University and the Community College of the Air Force.
