William L. is an experienced professional currently serving as an IPT Lead at the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific since June 2023, overseeing development coordination and product strategy. Concurrently, William serves as a Career Readiness Instructor at FourBlock, assisting veterans in transitioning to civilian careers, and holds a board membership at the Armed Services YMCA San Diego. Previously, William worked as a Project Manager at Fundbox, implementing project management processes, and held various roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, contributing to performance improvements and receiving accolades for mentoring. William’s military background includes project management positions in the US Navy, where engagement and training exercises were led. William holds an MBA from the University of California, San Diego and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Houston.
