Stephanie Holman

Stephanie Holman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stephanie currently holds the position of President/CEO at FourFront Design Inc since January 2023. Previously, they served as the Vice President of Operations from January 2022 to January 2023, and as the Design Operations Manager from June 2021 to January 2022 at the same company. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Coordinator from January 2020 to June 2021 at FourFront Design Inc.

Before joining FourFront Design Inc, Stephanie had a successful career in the United States Air Force. Stephanie held various positions, including Engineering Superintendent from July 2018 to December 2019, August 2017 to July 2018, and August 2014 to July 2017. Stephanie also served as Chief of Standards and Evaluations from December 2013 to August 2014 and as Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Standards and Evaluations from December 2012 to December 2013. Prior to this, they worked as an Instructor of Contingency Skills from August 2010 to December 2012.

Additionally, Stephanie has previous experience in the United States Air Force as a Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Drafting/Surveying from August 2006 to August 2009. Stephanie also worked as a Construction Inspector from November 2002 to August 2006 and as a Quality Assurance Evaluator from March 2002 to November 2002. Their early career in the Air Force started as a Computer Aided Design Drafter from November 1999 to March 2002. Stephanie Holman, MBA, PMP has a diverse education history. Stephanie began their educational journey at the Community College of the Air Force, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Construction Technology in an unspecified year. Stephanie furthered their studies at the same institution and earned an additional Associate's degree in Instructor of Technology and Military Science in 2011.

In 2006, Stephanie enrolled at Park University and successfully completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology, which they pursued until 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Health/Medical Psychology at Northcentral University from 2014 to 2017.

Stephanie continued their education at Southern New Hampshire University, where they received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Engineering Management from 2020 to 2022. Alongside their academic achievements, Stephanie has also obtained several relevant certifications to enhance their professional skill set.

In December 2019, Stephanie earned the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Stephanie also holds a Data Analytics Core Concepts Certificate from AICPA, acquired in October 2021, and a Microsoft Excel© for Accounting certification from Wiley, obtained in September 2021. Additionally, Stephanie completed the Robotic Process Automation Strategy for Business Leaders certification with AICPA in August 2021. Prior to these certifications, Stephanie obtained a Professional Manager's Certification from the United States Air Force in April 2014. Most recently, in January 2022, they completed the Inbound Marketing (2018 Version) certification through HubSpot Academy.
