Lauren P.

Lauren P. has had several roles throughout their work experience. Lauren started their career at Goldfish Swim School Franchising, LLC as a Supervisor from January 2014 to July 2016. Lauren then transitioned to Near North Montessori School, where they worked as a Human Resource Generalist from July 2016 to March 2020. Most recently, Lauren joined FourKites, Inc. in March 2020 as a Talent Operations Coordinator, and later took on the role of Manager, People Operations in June 2021.

Lauren P. has a strong educational background with a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Management from DePaul University, which they obtained in 2019. Lauren previously completed their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology (Health and Human Services) from DePaul University in 2016. In addition to their degrees, Lauren P. obtained the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in July 2019.
