Nancy Valla

Nancy Valla, CHRL, currently serves as the Senior Director of Global People Operations at IMAX, where responsibilities include assessing HR structures and implementing improvement plans to enhance organizational effectiveness. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Global HR Operations at ADP, where Nancy built advisory relationships and expanded Global HR Shared Services for 24 countries, and as HR Director at ATS Automation Tooling Systems, managing multiple HR functions and initiatives. Nancy holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University.
