Rohan Das has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rohan currently holds the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at FourKites, Inc. since May 2021. Prior to this, Rohan worked at Locus.sh as a Customer Success Manager from April 2019 to May 2021, where they managed a portfolio of enterprise accounts and served as a subject matter expert to improve end-user experiences and reduce costs. Before their time at Locus.sh, Rohan was the Enterprise Sales Manager at Blowhorn from March 2018 to March 2019, where they focused on key account management and business development. From April 2017 to February 2018, they were the Head of Operations at Inskiils, where they managed operations across eight states and led business development and quality assurance. Prior to that, Rohan served as the Manager of Business Operations at Inskiils from April 2013 to March 2017, where they handled corporate relations, government tender filing, and CSR project documentation. Rohan also worked as a Consultant at InGreens from March 2012 to March 2013 and as an Assistant Operations Manager at Spencer's Retail from June 2011 to February 2012.

Rohan Das has a diverse education history. In 2009, they began their studies at the United World School of Business, where they pursued a degree in PGPM with a focus on Marketing and Information Systems. Rohan completed this program in 2011. Concurrently, from 2010 to 2012, Rohan also attended Punjab Technical University, where they obtained their MBA with a specialization in Marketing.

Prior to their time at the business school, Rohan attended Calcutta University in Kolkata from 2006 to 2009. There, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication in 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Rohan has also pursued various certifications. In 2019, they obtained the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) certification from SuccessHACKER. The following year, in 2020, they further bolstered their expertise in customer success management by obtaining the Certified Customer Success Manager certification from CustomerSuccessBox.

More recently, in 2022, Rohan acquired the MS Excel Pivot Tables Masterclass certification from Skill Nation, demonstrating their proficiency in this area. Moreover, in 2023, they underwent professional development with certifications in Becoming More Decisive from LinkedIn Learn, Managing Project Stakeholders from the Project Management Institute, and Understanding and Supporting LGBTQ+ Employees from SHRM.
