Yamini Lakshmipathy

Yamini Lakshmipathy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Yamini is currently working at FourKites, Inc. as the Director of Engineering, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager at the same company. Yamini also served as a Lead Engineer and Senior Engineer in software development roles at FourKites.

Apart from their roles at FourKites, Yamini has also worked at AnitaB.org as a computer systems technical track reviewer in 2023. Yamini was a Research Committee Member and Research Track Reviewer at the Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology from 2019 to 2023.

In 2022, Yamini was the National Head of Research at the WICCI Future of Work National Council.

Before joining FourKites and AnitaB.org, Yamini gained valuable experience at Symantec, where they held various positions including Senior Software Engineer, SWAN Core Committee Member, Software Engineer, and Software Quality Assurance Analyst.

Additionally, in 2014, Yamini served as the Co-chair of the Technical Track at the Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology.

Yamini Lakshmipathy has an education history that includes a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Information Technology from the College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai. Prior to that, they attended Modern Senior Secondary School, where they focused on Computer Science and obtained their high school degree. Yamini also pursued further education in Algorithms and Datastructures at Stanford University. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Computer Science from TEC.

Yamini Lakshmipathy has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Recently, in July 2021, they completed certifications such as "Becoming an Impactful and Influential Leader," "Cloud Architecture: Design Decisions," "Critical Thinking," "Java EE: Design Patterns and Architecture," and "Leading with a Growth Mindset." These certifications were obtained through LinkedIn.
