Justina Shih

Justina Shih has a strong background in HR and talent management. Justina is currently the Vice President/Head of HR Department at Fourstar Group since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Group Head of HR, Overseas Management at ESON Precision Engineering Co. Ltd. from May 2021 to May 2022. From September 2018 to May 2021, they worked as an HR Manager at DHL Supply Chain, focusing on talent development and management. Justina also has experience as an HR Manager at Nippon Express, leading various HR projects. Before that, they worked as a Talent Mobility Department Manager at Lee Hecht Harrison Taiwan and as a Consultant-Executive Search at Intelligent Manpower Corp.

Justina Shih attended National Chi Nan University starting in the year 2016. Justina pursued a degree in Lifelong Learning & Human Resource Development at the university.
