Sarah Deas

Sarah Deas has over 10 years of experience working at Waitrose, starting in 2012 as a Deputy Branch Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing teams of up to 200 employees, overseeing all HR and people functions, and ensuring a positive employee and customer experience. Sarah also played a key role in promoting the values and behaviors of the John Lewis Partnership. Currently, Sarah is working at Fourth Floor as a People Lead, and will soon be promoted to Head of People in October 2023.

Sarah Deas has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geography from the University of Southampton, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Sarah also has an associate diploma in People Management, specializing in CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), which they acquired from ICS Learn in 2023-2024. Sarah has obtained various certifications, including Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in February 2023, Change Management Foundation and Change Management Practitioner from APMG International in 2022, Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in 2022, First Aid at Work from the British Red Cross in June 2021, and Personal Licence Holders ISM from Bristol City Council in 2013.
