Dr. Anjali Desai

Dr. Anjali Desai (Bhole) is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple industries, including renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals, and IT. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Fourth Partner Energy since June 2020, Dr. Desai previously founded HeRitAGE People Practices and held leadership roles at various prominent organizations such as Mylan, Wipro Technologies, and TATA Business Support Services. With a strong academic background, including a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management focused on Diversity & Inclusion from XLRI Jamshedpur, Dr. Desai has consistently contributed to organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives, talent acquisition, and development programs.
