Rebecca Johnson-Sneed

Rebecca Johnson-Sneed is an accomplished professional in the field of payroll and implementation, currently serving as the Director of Payroll & Implementation at Fourth since October 2023. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Implementation and Learning & Development Manager at PeopleGuru from May 2016 to July 2023, where responsibilities included developing department policies and processes to enhance employee education and growth opportunities. Additionally, Rebecca was instrumental in creating internal curricula for HRIS software training. Prior to that, Rebecca worked as an Implementation Manager at PeopleGuru, playing a key role in establishing procedures during the company's startup phase and leading a team through multiple concurrent projects. Rebecca began the career journey at Co-Advantage as an Implementation Project Manager from December 2012 to May 2016.
