Małgorzata Maksimczyk

Małgorzata Maksimczyk has over 17 years of diverse work experience in product management, project management, and finance. Małgorzata started their career at ENEA SA as a Corporate Finance Specialist before moving on to PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, focusing on financial audit, review, and process review. From 2008 to 2013, they worked as a Finance Project Manager for HP.

In 2013, Maksimczyk transitioned to Raben Management Services, where they served as the Shared Service Center Manager, overseeing accounting shared services. Małgorzata then joined PayU as a Product Analyst and Product Owner, responsible for product management.

From 2016 to 2017, Maksimczyk worked at Cognifide as a Technical Project Manager, where they managed AEM implementation projects for global clients, including scope management, risk management, and client reporting. Małgorzata then joined STX Next as a Senior Product Owner, responsible for product management and development for a travel industry client.

In 2019, Maksimczyk joined Sysnet Global Solutions as a Product Owner, responsible for a platform used by payment industry acquirers and merchants to achieve PCI DSS compliance and mitigate cybersecurity risks.

From 2021 to 2022, Maksimczyk worked at Nordcloud, an IBM Company, as a Senior Product Owner/Lead Consultant. Małgorzata primarily worked as a Product Manager and Product Lead consultant for a FinTech client, providing business bank accounts and payment methods.

Currently, Maksimczyk serves as the e-Commerce General Program Manager/Senior Product Manager at Fourthwall, utilizing their experience in product management and e-commerce strategies.

Małgorzata Maksimczyk pursued their education at the Poznan University of Economics, where they completed a Master's degree in Economics, Management, Real Estate & Investment from 1999 to 2004. Małgorzata later enrolled in the university again for a Postgraduate program in Economic Law, which they completed in 2006.

Alongside their formal education, Maksimczyk has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Małgorzata became a Professional Scrum Product Owner I through Scrum.org in September 2017. In July 2015, they obtained the Certified LeSS Practitioner certification from The LeSS Company, specializing in Large-Scale Scrum. Furthermore, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2013. Małgorzata also holds the ITIL Foundation certification from PEOPLECERT.
