Richard Howley

Richard Howley is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as an Estimator at Fowler Construction Company Limited since April 2020. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Project Manager at Wapiti Gravel Suppliers from October 2017 to January 2020 and at WSP from May 2006 to October 2017, where Richard also worked as a Project Technologist.
