Lauren Reicis

Lauren Hensley Reicis is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in news production and reporting. As of January 2024, Lauren serves as the Assistant News Director at FOX8 WGHP, following a successful tenure in the same role at KBMT/K-JAC 12News from October 2018 to December 2023, where Lauren was promoted from anchor and investigative reporter due to demonstrated leadership. Notable achievements include being an Emmy award-winning investigative reporter and having foundational roles at various television stations, including WBRE/WYOU as a news anchor and WJAC-TV as a reporter. Lauren has held positions in news assignment desks throughout internships, gaining valuable experience in story development and production while earning a Master's degree in Multimedia Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Duquesne University.
