Debbie Forster Mbe

Debbie Forster MBE is the CEO of Tech Talent Charter, an initiative aimed at increasing diversity in the tech workforce and supported by the UK government. As a co-founder and Management Group member of the same organization, Debbie has played a pivotal role in shaping its vision. Current positions also include Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Nominations, Remuneration & HR Committee at The Lending Standards Board, and a Podcast Host for XTech with Fox Agency. Additionally, Debbie serves as a Lecturer and Coach at the School for Social Entrepreneurs, a Director at Novel Design Ltd, and is an Advisory Board Member for the National Cyber Advisory Board, Digital Economy Council, and previously for the Board for Money and Pensions Service. Educational credentials include a Master's degree from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor's degree from Hardin-Simmons University.
