Doug Anderson is a California native with a heart for East Tennessee. Graduating from California State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Doug excels when given financial puzzles to solve and budgets to balance. After working as a mortgage banking analyst on the west coast for over ten years, Doug’s passion for hospitality and culinary creation drew him to learn more about restaurant management.
