Ashley Hughes, M.S., CCC-SLP, CDP, currently serves as a Speech-Language Pathologist at FOX Rehabilitation since April 2022, providing home care services to adults. In addition, Ashley is the Lead SLP at Powerback Rehabilitation, starting in May 2021, focusing on cognitive-communication and dysphagia intervention for residents in various care settings. Previous experience includes positions as an SLP Student Clinician at St. Mary Rehabilitation Hospital, Carol Walck & Associates, Lehigh Valley Health Network, and St. Luke's University Health Network, along with working as a Support Service Professional for a client with Selective Mutism. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Moravian University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

What started as a simple practice offering house calls for older adults treated under Medicare Part B has exploded into a multi-state, regional resource of autonomous clinicians going to patients and providing therapy that’s proactive, evidence-based, and focused solely on geriatrics.
