Erynn Salamone

Erynn Salamone has extensive experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Erynn started their career with General Healthcare Resources in December 2014 as a Direct Placement Specialist, where they recruited and qualified staff-level to executive-level healthcare professionals. Erynn also provided customer service, market research, and information to both clients and candidates. In June 2016, they joined FOX Rehabilitation as a Clinical Career Specialist, responsible for the recruitment and selection process of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists. Erynn partnered with the VP of Operations and Regional Directors in expediting recruitment efforts and implementing creative talent acquisition strategies. In September 2019, Erynn was promoted to Senior Clinical Career Specialist, and they currently hold the position of Manager of Recruitment, overseeing all recruitment efforts at FOX Rehabilitation.

From 2008 to 2012, Erynn Salamone attended Gwynedd Mercy University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.
