Nicolette Johnson

Nicolette Johnson, OTR/L, is an experienced occupational therapist currently working at FOX Rehabilitation since August 2023 and at Lancaster Nursing & Rehabilitation Center since March 2022. Previously, Nicolette served as an occupational therapist at Encompass Health from October 2020 to October 2022 and as a therapy tech earlier in that role. Prior to these positions, Nicolette worked as a customer service manager at Redner's Markets from May 2017 to September 2021. Nicolette holds a master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Alvernia University, which was completed in 2021.
