Sarah Carothers has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to 2019. Sarah began their career as a teacher in the Oil City Area School District, where they taught elementary and special education from 2003 to 2007. Sarah then joined Fairfax County Public Schools as a 4th-grade teacher from 2007 to 2008. Sarah briefly worked as a private tutor, specializing in international ESL teaching, from 2008 to 2010.

In 2010, Sarah transitioned to the entertainment industry and worked as a Public Services Supervisor for Cirque du Soleil until 2013. Following that, they served as a Program Coordinator for Early Childhood Education at the Great Lakes Science Center from 2013 to 2015.

In 2017, Sarah joined FOX Rehabilitation as an Account Manager, where they engaged and educated healthcare professionals on the benefits of outpatient therapy. This role included new territory development in Ohio. In 2018, they were promoted to Director of Senior Living Partnerships within the same company, a position they hold till date.

Throughout their career, Sarah has gained experience in teaching, program coordination, public services, and account management.

Sarah Carothers attended Saint Francis University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary and Special Education.
