Site Coordinator Of Clinical Education at FOX Rehabilitation

Stephanie Walker has extensive work experience in the field of physical therapy. Stephanie started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of North Florida in 2017 and worked there until 2018. In 2018, Stephanie was a Doctoral Student at HCR ManorCare for two months. Stephanie then moved on to CORA Physical Therapy as a Doctoral Student for one month before transitioning to Tampa General Hospital as a Doctoral Student from February to April 2019. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Stephanie started working at FOX Rehabilitation in August 2019. Over the years, they held various roles at FOX Rehabilitation including Regional Quality Assurance Liaison and currently, they serve as the Site Coordinator of Clinical Education. Throughout their career, Stephanie also gained food service experience as a Food Server at Outback Steakhouse from 2014 to 2019.

Stephanie Walker's education history includes completing a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University, which was obtained from 2012 to 2016. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of North Florida, which was pursued from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Stephanie also obtained a certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the American Heart Association in October 2022.
