Adam Wolek

Adam Wolek is a seasoned attorney specializing in intellectual property and business litigation, serving as Co-Chair of Intellectual Property Litigation and Partner at Fox Rothschild since March 2021. Wolek has extensive experience representing clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies in various disputes involving trademark, copyright, patent, false advertising, and breach of contract litigation and arbitration. Prior to Fox Rothschild, Wolek held partner positions at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP and Wolek & Noack, where similar practice areas were covered. Wolek began in the legal field at Thompson Coburn LLP and has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Patent Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology. With a robust educational background, including a J.D., cum laude, in Intellectual Property Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law and both a master's and bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Wolek combines legal expertise with a foundation in scientific research.
