Catherine M. Monte

Catherine leads the firm in developing innovative programs and solutions, creating efficiencies through practice and business process re-engineering and helping to enhance the delivery and value of client services and the client experience. Part of Fox’s senior administrative team, she works closely with the firm’s Innovation Strategy Committee, administrative teams and other professionals in providing program management support for these initiatives.

Catherine served as the firm’s Chief Knowledge Officer prior to her promotion to Chief Knowledge and Innovation Officer in 2019. She continues to oversee knowledge management research, risk mitigation and business/competitive intelligence initiatives.
