Mark McCreary

Mark McCreary is a Partner at Fox Rothschild, serving as the Chief Artificial Intelligence and Information Security Officer, and Chair of the Firm's Privacy and Data Security Practice Group. With extensive experience in overseeing the Firm's security program and integrating AI technologies with a focus on information security, Mark has developed robust security policies and incident response strategies. Mark is recognized for advising clients on a wide range of privacy issues under various laws, including the CCPA and GDPR, and conducts training and preparation for compliance matters. Additionally, Mark has played a significant role in corporate matters, is a former member of the Firm's Executive Committee, and was the first Chief Privacy Officer who established a strong culture of data security within the Firm. Mark holds a JD from SMU Dedman School of Law and a BA from Villanova University.
