Michelle LeMaistre

Michelle LeMaistre has extensive experience in the health and wellness sector, currently serving as the Healthy Living Director at Fox Valley Family YMCA since 2016 and as a Group Fitness Instructor at YMCA since April 2013. Previously, Michelle worked as a Dietitian at Sodexo from September 2005 to September 2016 and as a Registered Dietitian at Family Health Center-Plainfield for a brief period in early 2016, specializing in nutrition counseling for the Optifast meal replacement program. Michelle holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Northern Illinois University, one in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services and the other in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies.
