The Directors Team at Fox Valley Family YMCA oversees the strategic and operational management of various programs and facilities. Each member is responsible for guiding their respective area—ranging from youth education and childcare to healthy living, membership, and marketing—to ensure they align with the Y's mission of fostering youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility within the community.
