Teresa Dow has extensive experience in various roles within customer service and management. Currently serving as an Associate and Front Desk Receptionist at Fox Valley Orthopedics since June 2018, Teresa previously held positions such as Visual Manager at Coldwater Creek, where responsibilities included employee training and point of sale management. Additionally, Teresa has experience in early childhood education as a Preschool Teacher at First Presbyterian Church of Kingwood, Texas, and managed the Jewelry Department at Kmart, overseeing employee scheduling and sales targets. Teresa holds an Office Management Certificate in the Medical Field from Waubonsee Community College and is certified in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Maplewoods Community College.
