Casey Neverman started their career in the customer service industry with Schneider National, then moved to Roehl Transport where they managed a customer base and fulfilled demands of trucks inbound to the region. Casey transitioned to Fox World Travel as a Program Coordinator and then as a Program Manager, specializing in Meetings and Incentives. Along the way, they developed leadership skills and trained new associates on customer service roles. With an Associate's Degree in Meeting and Event Management from Fox Valley Technical College, Casey has a strong background in customer service and program management.
