Mia Beltran

Director Customer Experience at Fox World Travel

Mia Beltran has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mia started their career in 1990 as a Marketing Manager at Dean Health System, where they worked for eight years. In 1998, they joined Epic as a Marketing Manager before transitioning to Boomerang Marketing Communications, LLC in 1999, where they became the Owner of the consulting firm. Mia provided personal, professional planning, marketing, and public relations services to healthcare and service organizations. Some of their clients included Community Health Network, Dean Health System, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, and others.

In 2001, Mia also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Marian University of Fond du Lac. Mia joined ThedaCare in 2006 as a Senior Brand Manager and later moved to Boomerang Marketing Communications as a Consultant in 2012.

Mia's most recent position was at Fox World Travel, where they held two roles. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the Brand Manager before being promoted to Director of Customer Experience. In this role, Mia collaborated with senior leadership and customer-facing staff to build the Fox World Travel customer experience program, manage and deliver customer experience strategy, enhance the brand, and drive positive behavior change.

Mia Beltran holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Mia further pursued their education in marketing by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Edgewood College between 1993 and 1998.
