Sam Hilgendorf has held various leadership positions in the technology sector throughout their career. Sam began at Concordia University Wisconsin as a Network Technician from 1997 to 1999. Sam then moved on to Systems and Programming Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Network Engineer from 1999 to 2004. At CDW, they worked their way up from Network Engineer to Technical Lead and eventually became a Senior Manager of Professional Services, managing a team of engineers and leading large-scale projects. In 2010, Sam joined OneNeck IT Solutions as the Vice President of Professional Services, where they were responsible for the performance and profitability of the Professional Services and Cloud Migration Services divisions. Sam successfully improved the profitability of the Professional Services department during their tenure. Currently, Sam is the Chief Information Officer at Fox World Travel, leading the digital transformation and product strategy for the company. Sam has been recognized for their innovative approaches, receiving Travel Weekly Gold Magellan Awards for implementing new processes and automating tasks.
Sam Hilgendorf earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Concordia University-Wisconsin between 1996 and 2001. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in October 2008, and in Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) from Cisco in November 2005.
