Rachael Peterson

Rachael Peterson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Director of Human Resources at Fox Corporation since November 2021. Previously, Rachael held the position of Senior Human Resources Consultant/Director at Banner Health, where key responsibilities included advising leaders in the Behavioral Health Service Line on talent management and utilizing data analytics for strategic decision-making. As Senior Director (CHRO) at Solari, Inc., Rachael oversaw HR strategies, implemented employee wellness initiatives, and developed retention strategies that led to reduced turnover. Earlier experience includes consulting at Intagr8HR, LLC, and various roles at TEGNA, where Rachael managed organizational development programs and supported HR initiatives for a large workforce. Rachael holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Ottawa University and a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art from Augsburg University.
