Matthew Drowne

Matthew Drowne is an experienced media professional with a diverse background in assignment editing, sales, and photography. Currently, Drowne serves as an Assignment Editor at FOX13 Tampa Bay since September 2022, and previously held a similar role at WFLA-TV News Channel 8 / WTTA-TV Great 38 from April 2020 to September 2022. Matthew's responsibilities include covering the assignment desk and producing highlights for the sports department. In addition to media roles, Drowne has experience in the retail sector as a Sales Representative for Outspokin Bicycles-Tampa since October 2017, and served as a Server at Texas Roadhouse for several years. Matthew's management experience includes a brief role as a Business Office Manager for USA SPINE LLC in early 2019, along with co-owning kinetic running from March 2015 to March 2017.
