Brian DePalo is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and engineering within broadcast and healthcare environments. Currently serving as a Technical Support Analyst for the City of Colorado Springs since February 2024, Brian previously held the role of IT Engineer at FOX21 News from April 2019, where responsibilities included the maintenance and design of critical hardware and software systems. Prior experience includes positions at WJHL, where Brian managed video asset storage solutions, and UNM Health Sciences, focusing on technical support and infrastructure design for end-user services. Brian's early career includes roles at the Public Service Company of New Mexico, delivering comprehensive end-user support, and as a Service Technician at PC Parts +, providing advanced troubleshooting and configuration services.
