Alex Yang is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software development and project management. Currently serving as Director at Foxconn since June 2016, Alex specializes in smart home solution planning, architecture design, and the development of AIOT cloud platforms. Prior to Foxconn, Alex held senior positions at Acer, including Senior Manager and Manager, where responsibilities included leading R&D for Android software and developing communication technologies for various smart devices. Earlier experience includes roles at Compal Communication, Openfind Information Technology, Inc., and Acer Computer, focusing on mobile system development and cloud-based applications. Alex holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science from National Cheng Kung University.
