HaiBin M. is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in advanced manufacturing and product development. Currently serving as the Lead Joint Product Process Development Engineer at Foxconn, HaiBin M. has been instrumental in the development of the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max, focusing on design feasibility, manufacturing process optimization, and cost reduction. Prior experience at American Axle & Manufacturing includes roles as a Senior Analytical Engineer, where HaiBin M. led multiple metal casting programs and developed innovative techniques that significantly reduced production costs and yield loss. HaiBin M. holds a Master’s degree in Materials Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, complemented by a background in teaching and internships that further developed engineering skills.
