Stefan Zhelyazkov

Stefan Zhelyazkov has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Stefan is currently serving as the General Manager at Kitchen59 since December 2022. Prior to this, they were a Chief Marketing Officer and founding team member at Kitchen59 from March 2020 to December 2022. Additionally, Stefan is the Co-Founder and CEO of FoxCrop, a B2B SaaS enabled marketplace, since July 2022. Stefan is also a member of Greentech Alliance starting from August 2022.

In the past, Stefan worked as a New Business Marketing Manager at HRC Culinary Academy from August 2018 to February 2022. Stefan developed marketing strategies, formed strategic partnerships, and mentored future chefs and F&B managers. Stefan was also a Board of Trustees Member at Awesome Foundation, where they played a role in granting funds for various projects in Sofia, Bulgaria, from July 2018 to January 2022.

Stefan gained experience in business development as a Business Development Associate at deVere Group from 2017 to February 2018. Prior to this, Stefan co-founded The Lab Maastricht, a project that ran from May 2015 to June 2017. Stefan also worked at Kiwi - Lounge Bars as a Concept Implementer & Manager from December 2012 to November 2013 and as a Bar Manager and Operations Supervisor from June 2010 to February 2013. Stefan's early career includes a brief period at Ramada Plaza Liege City Center in various departments from March 2011 to August 2011.

Stefan Zhelyazkov's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Entrepreneurship and Hotel Management from Hotel Management School Maastricht, which they attended from 2009 to 2014. Stefan also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, completing it from 2009 to 2015. Prior to these degrees, Stefan Zhelyazkov completed their International Baccalaureate at Romain Rolland, FLS from 2004 to 2009, focusing on Overall Sciences. Additionally, Stefan Zhelyazkov earned a certification in "Building a Smart Agile Product Backlog with User Stories" from Udemy in December 2020.
