Jamie Henry Mph, Bsn, Rn, Chp

Jamie Henry, MPH, BSN, RN, CHP has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in the healthcare field. Starting in 2004, Jamie worked at L&T Health and Fitness as a Wellness Specialist and later became a Wellness Manager. During this time, Jamie focused on program development, implementation, and evaluation.

In 2008, Jamie joined Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) as a Program Coordinator, specializing in Geriatric and Palliative Care. Additionally, Jamie served as the MPH Capstone Coordinator.

From 2011 to 2020, Jamie worked at Akron Children's Hospital, holding several positions. Jamie started as a Staff Nurse in the Pediatric Inpatient Transitional Care Unit and later became a Clinical Nurse Supervisor. Jamie also served as an Acute Care Unit Manager for the Infant Preschool and Overflow Units, leading a team of 75 staff members. Additionally, Jamie worked as a Program Coordinator for the Cystic Fibrosis program.

Most recently, Jamie joined FoxHire - Employer of Record Service in 2020. In this role, Jamie served as the Nurse Staffing Administrator, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and client needs. Jamie later became the Director of Operations and Healthcare Services, overseeing the onboarding process and managing a team of healthcare, risk management, HR, and payroll professionals.

Jamie Henry has a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED), with a focus on Public Health. They also hold a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from the College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Services at the University of Cincinnati. Additionally, Jamie has a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from The University of Akron, specializing in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
