Agathe earned their French Baccalaureate in Economics and Social Science from Institution Sainte Geneviève d'Asnières in 2013. Following this, from 2013 to 2015, they attended IUT de Paris - Rives de Seine and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Administration Management.

In 2015, Agathe enrolled in Grenoble Ecole de Management where they pursued a Master's degree in Management (DESMA) until 2019. During their time at Grenoble Ecole de Management, they attended their campus in Singapore from 2016 to 2018 and completed a Master in International Business (MIB) with a focus on International Business. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree (M2) in Asia Pacific Studies from Hong Kong Baptist University in 2019.

In terms of certifications, Agathe Apollin achieved a Microsoft Office Specialist certification from Microsoft in March 2016. Agathe also obtained a TOEIC score of 980/990 in April 2019, certified by the TOEIC Program.
