Mehdi El Aadaoui has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mehdi started their career as an Assistant Treasurer at VINCI Construction in 2012. Mehdi then worked as an Assistant Category Manager at Les laboratoires Juva Santé from 2016 to 2017. Mehdi later took on a role as a Consultant - Customer Experience at Union de la Bijouterie Horlogerie from 2016 to 2017.
In 2014, Mehdi became an Apprentice Marketing Manager at Bonna Sabla, where they gained experience in project management, event organization, product development, and market analysis. Mehdi also worked on strategic and logistical issues during their time there.
Mehdi joined Solocal in 2017 as a Digital Analyst before transitioning to the role of Customer Success Manager in 2019. In this role, they managed a portfolio of key accounts and networks, providing data analysis and performance monitoring for various digital products and campaigns.
In 2018, Mehdi briefly worked as a CRM Project Manager at CHEMISTRY AGENCY. Here, they were responsible for the promotional budget of several brands and oversaw online and offline campaigns. Mehdi also analyzed key performance indicators and coordinated data integration with the data team.
Most recently, Mehdi joined Foxintelligence as a Customer Success Manager in 2022. In this role, they provide support and guidance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with Foxintelligence's services.
Mehdi El Aadaoui pursued their education in various institutions and fields of study. In 2011, they enrolled in ESSEC Business School and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management in 2016. During their time at ESSEC, they had the opportunity to study abroad at Boğaziçi University in 2014, where they focused on Management and Marketing. In 2013, they also participated in a semester exchange program at UADE, where they continued studying Management. Following their undergraduate studies, Mehdi pursued a Master's degree at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, specializing in Distribution and Client Relations from 2016 to 2017.
