Mihkel Laur has a diverse work experience starting as a Front Office Administrator at Ammende Grupp OÜ in 2009. Mihkel then moved on to work as an IT-specialist at Estonian Defence Forces in 2013. Subsequently, they took on roles as IT Support Team Leader and Service Administrator at Estonian Defense Forces between 2014 and 2020. In 2021, Mihkel became the Information Technology Operations Manager at Foxway Group, where they now hold the position of Head of Enterprise IT since February 2022.
Mihkel Laur earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences in 2015. Mihkel then pursued a Master's degree in Management of Information Technology at Tallinn University from 2020 to 2022.
