Jake Easterwood

Jake Easterwood is an experienced IT leader with a robust background in infrastructure architecture, IT service management, and technology risk. Currently serving as Head of IT Service Management & Enterprise Architecture at Veritex Community Bank, Easterwood is tasked with leading bank-wide initiatives and maturing the ServiceNow platform utilizing ITIL methodologies. Previously, Easterwood held the position of Vice President - Technology Risk at Goldman Sachs, where contributions included developing a risk assessment framework for cloud environments and enhancing the firm's security posture. Prior roles include Vice President at Fay Servicing, Director of Information Technology at Ocwen Financial Corporation, and Sr. Manager of Infrastructure at Altisource, showcasing a consistent focus on IT modernization, operational excellence, and risk management. With a Master's degree in Learning Technologies from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's in Technical Management from DeVry University, Easterwood combines academic knowledge with extensive industry experience, including foundational military service in the US Army.
