Riccardo Piazza

Riccardo Piazza is a seasoned consultant and trainer specializing in human-centered design and innovation. Since January 2018, Riccardo has led their consultancy focused on process, strategy, and innovation, and is a certified facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and Design Thinking. Currently, Riccardo serves as a lecturer in the Master in Innovation Management at SMARTER, covering topics like Blockchain and AI, and has created Italy's first certified Master in Design Thinking. Additionally, Riccardo provides expert consulting services in the eyewear sector through Lagom Consulting, co-founded the electronic music label Where We Met, and has been involved with various creative and educational initiatives. Educational qualifications include programs from MIT Professional Education and the MIT Sloan School of Management, complemented by a degree in Statistics and Computer Science from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia.
