Sreshtha Banerjee has over nine years of professional work experience. Sreshtha began their career in 2011 as a Copy Editor & Features Writer at The Times of India. In 2012, they moved to Ogilvy as a Copywriter. In 2013, they joined the Founding Team at Terribly Tiny Tales and Teach For India as a Teacher / Fellow. In 2014, they began working as a Travel Researcher at National Geographic Traveller India. In 2016, they became a Content Marketing Specialist at Deep Red Ink. In 2017, they were promoted to Content Marketing Manager at Think Tankers Innovative Solutions. In 2018, they took on the role of Content Marketing Manager at Darwinbox. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed as the Content Marketing Head at Foyr.

Sreshtha Banerjee began their educational journey in 1991 at Modern High School in Kolkata, where they completed their secondary education. In 2007, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature at St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata. Sreshtha graduated in 2010 and subsequently earned a Master of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Sophia College (Autonomous) in 2011. In 2020, they obtained three certifications from HubSpot: Hubspot Email Marketing Certification, Hubspot Social Media Certification, and Hubspot Content Marketing Certification.
