Curtis Marshall has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Curtis started their career in 2000 as a Robotics Technician, where they installed and serviced robotic equipment at various customer sites and provided training seminars on robot operation and maintenance procedures. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as a Service Technician at H.E.P.A Filter Services, where they serviced, installed, and tested industrial H.E.P.A filters. In 2006, they joined NACHI as a Project Engineer before moving on to Epsilon in 2007.
At Epsilon, Curtis held multiple roles, including Plant Controls Engineer, Manager of Data Capture - Operations, and Implementation Specialist. In these positions, they were responsible for various projects and managing staff while ensuring business requirements were met. Curtis then joined FP Canada in 2013 as a Manager in the Project Management Office (PMO), where they successfully managed projects and implemented a new Association Management System (Aptify). Curtis was later promoted to Director of Operations, where they led project management and reporting activities and collaborated with senior management to drive strategic initiatives.
Overall, Curtis has proven experience in project management, staff management, and implementing new systems.
Curtis Marshall completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering at Ryerson University from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Electronics Technician - Robotics from Fanshawe College from 1998 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Curtis also has obtained several certifications including the SmartLeader certification from Witz Education in April 2018, the Prosci Change Management Certification from Prosci in February 2018, and the PMP certification from PMI in December 2012.
