Tara Kostadinov

Tara Kostadinov has a strong background in human resources and talent management. Tara is currently the Director of People & Talent Management at FP Canada, where they oversee the overall HR strategy. Prior to this, they worked at Purdue Pharma (Canada) as the Director of Human Resources, responsible for implementing HR processes and practices to support the organization's strategic direction. Tara also served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Purdue Pharma, providing guidance on HR matters and aligning HR strategy to department needs. Before joining Purdue Pharma, Tara worked at Capco as a Human Resources Business Partner and Generalist. Tara started their career at The Bagg Group as a Recruitment Specialist. Overall, Tara brings a wealth of experience in HR and talent management to their current role.

Tara Kostadinov obtained their Hons. BA in Psychology and Behavioral Sciences from York University from 2004 to 2009. In 2010, they pursued further studies at George Brown College where they completed a Diploma in Post Grad Studies, specializing in Human Resources Management.
