Courtney Reardon

Courtney Reardon serves as Senior Vice President at FPA (First Pacific Advisors) since February 2019 and is a member of Chief, a network for women in executive leadership, since November 2021. Reardon's previous experience includes serving as Director in Institutional Equities at BMO Capital Markets from November 2011 to February 2019, where a notable accomplishment was a successful two-month sabbatical to summit Mount Everest, positioning Reardon as the 486th woman and 68th American woman to achieve this feat. Prior roles include Associate in Institutional Equities at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Associate in Equity Research at Bear Stearns & Co. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University and has educational credentials from Peking University and The Taft School.
